Local recreation area Schüren

Just outside St. Ingbert, on the road between St. Ingbert and Elversberg, lies the small Schüren pond. Schüren, with its Wommer restaurant, is a popular destination for day trips. Here, you can combine walking or hiking with a stop for refreshments. Larger and smaller circular hiking trails start here, for example to the nearby Ruhbach Valley. In the middle of Schüren there is a small pond with a Kneipp treading pool.
