To delight their guests with high quality and regional products many farmers, artisan food producers and gourmet chefs got together in the regional gourmet network “Genuss Region Saarland”. Their mission: to serve traditional, regional, innovative and fresh treats.

Gourmet producers

What’s a gourmet network without their producers? Get to know our regional producers and their typical products such as “Lyoner” (traditional sausage) or “Viez” (cider).

Gourmet chefs & restaurants

Gourmet chefs commit themselves to offering dishes made from regional products such as “Dibbelabbes” (potato casserole with bacon), “Hoorische” (filled potato dumplings) or many other dishes and drinks on their menu. The result is a network of 34 restaurants offering diverse menus with one thing in common: high quality cuisine made in Saarland.
