Les Délisoeurs
Under the name Les Délisoeurs, sisters Annette Jacob and Ulrike Roth produce the finest liver pâtés and terrines in the old family tradition.
Their love of French food, exquisite ingredients and new taste experiences is what makes their delicacies so special. Because they don't just process a product. They produce paté out of passion!
Now in their third generation, the two sisters are pursuing the butcher's trade, refining traditional family recipes and developing their very own paté creations. And with success! Ulrike Roth has run her own butcher's shop in Homburg an der Saar for 20 years and has received several awards from the international gourmet magazine DER FEINSCHMECKER.
With LES DÉLISOEURS, they are developing one step further and following their enthusiasm for fine liver pâtés and terrines. For the production of the current range, consisting of 14 of the finest pâté creations and the Burgundy ham terrine Jambon persillé, they use only selected raw materials that are processed by hand with the utmost care.
The Délisoeurs' products are available from gourmet producers, gourmet restaurateurs and cooperation partners. The bottled products are also available from their own online store.
