With her pasta factory in Mainzer Straße, in the heart of Saarbrücken, Tina Bonaffini Caputo has fulfilled her dream of having her own store, as she knows it from Italy.
Her passion for her Italian origins and her love of Saarland are the ingredients for her refined pasta creations. Her family has always made sure to use particularly good and natural ingredients to prepare their dishes. One of the most important ingredients in Italian cuisine is, of course, pasta. True to the motto: eat pasta be happy!
Meat, vegetables and fruit come directly from the organic farmer, Wintringer Hof. She has packed the unmistakable taste of the Saarland into her Saarland ravioli. All the ingredients come 100% from the Wintringer Hof and therefore stand for a 100% organic taste experience.
Fine homemade liver sausage, minced Flexi beef and potatoes, refined with caramelized apple and the acidity of sauerkraut form the basis for the Saarland ravioli.
In addition to the freshly filled and seasonally changing pasta creations, there are homemade sauces, high-quality oils from Italy, balsamic vinegars, wines and much more to do with pasta. There is also a small, fine lunch menu.
Tina Bonaffini Caputo aims to offer customers a completely new shopping experience by providing very personal and detailed advice.
Sustainability is particularly important to her. In addition to the environmentally friendly packaging, customers are also welcome to bring their own jars and tins.
