Saar-Spektakel

The “Saar-Spektakel“ in Saarbrücken takes place during the first weekend in August and revolves all around water and water sports. The event is unique in Germany and features a varied programme including different water sports and spectacular activities. A dragon boat race on the river Saar as well as a competition featuring boats built by the participants themselves are highlights. There are also two stages where national and international stars perform.
