The ideal rest stop after a relaxing walk on the forest adventure trail or as a refreshment stop at the beginning or end of a circular hike on the "Saarschleifentour" premium trail.

There is room for around 150 people in the castle courtyard. The cosy Turmstube offers delicacies for up to 60 hikers.

The bistro is also open on Saarland public holidays from 11 am to 6 pm.
