The butcher's shop with its own farm, bistro, catering service and vending machine.
For over 110 years as a family business in the 4th generation, we have guaranteed regionality and top quality from artisanal and sustainable production. The butcher's shop is connected to the Bistro Schlemmerei and a catering service. On the family farm, which is run by husband Franz Josef Wagner and son Simon, our animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner. The feed is grown on the farm's own land. There are also free-range chickens and a small chicken fattening unit. Short distances and gentle slaughtering guarantee high meat quality. So our customers know "Where it comes from." That's why all our products are Ebbes von Hei - certified. We want to continue these regional traditions, which is why we attach great importance to training young people to become qualified salespeople, butchers and farmers. In this way, we can continue to guarantee freshness, variety and quality from the region.
