Embedded YouTube videos
Some of our web pages contain embedded YouTube videos. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is being set up. In this context, YouTube receives information about the pages you visit. Our website uses Google’s conversion tracking. Should you have come to our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is activated if a user clicks on a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and do not serve the purpose of personal identification. Should a user click on certain pages of our website and the cookie has not expired yet, we and Google can see that the user has clicked on the ad and was taken to this site. Every Google AdWords client gets another cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across websites of AdWords clients. The information captured by the conversion cookie serves the purpose of compiling conversion statistics for AdWords clients that have opted for conversion tracking. Clients will receive the total number of users that clicked on their ad and were taken to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that will identify the users personally.
Please note that, for the period that you do not want data being captured, you must not delete the opt-out cookies. If you delete all cookies in your browser, you will have to enable the appropriate opt-out cookie again.
