“Henry’s Eismanufaktur“ produces artisan ice creams free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. 50% of the flavours are milk-based, with products from a local dairy. Vegan sorbets use, where possible, regional and seasonal fruits. Since 2014, the company has been on the road with its ice cream van, selling its tasty goods at regional events.
