Trip on the Saar-Channel
The Saar-Channel accompanies the natural and unnavigable headwater of the Saar from the French border near Sarreguemines up to the edge of the Vosges mountain range before flowing into the Rhine-Marne-Channel. The Saar-Channel is an idyllic river, suitable for many activities, and running through a natural landscape of meadows, forests, small ponds, large lakes, sleepy villages and charming towns.
